1)  On November 8, 2008, from approximately 8PM to 9PM Phantom Gourmet
will conduct a Ms. Phantom Gourmet Pageant in the Grandstand at Suffolk
Downs in East Boston.  Contests will be judged on attractiveness and
personality.  Contestants may wear an outfit of their choosing including
bikini, evening gown, casual wear, or Phantom Gourmet themed costume.

2)  Contests must register at the WAAF booth in the Food & Fun House
(upstairs at Suffolk Downs, adjacent to the Grandstand) between 6PM and
7:45PM.   At 8PM, up to twenty (120) finalists ("Finalists") will be
called to the stage in the Grandstand.  CONTESTANTS SELECTED AS
FINALISTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PRESENT TO COMPETE FURTHER IN THIS
CONTEST FOR THE DURATION OF THE ON-STAGE CONTESTING AND FINAL WINNER
ANNOUNCEMENT.    If any Finalist does not present themselves within five
(5) minutes of the designated time for the final judging, regardless of
the reason, Station reserves the right to disqualify that selected
contestant.   FINALISTS MUST BE IN AND REMAIN IN THEIR COSTUME DURING
THE ON-STAGE CONTESTING.   The selection of the Finalists shall be in
the sole discretion of the Station initial judges, on any lawful
criteria they deem desirable, and is not subject to dispute or appeal.
Station  reserves the right to select more than or less than twenty (20)
Finalists, in its sole discretion.

3.      All Finalists will be escorted to the stage and will be brought
up on stage.  As each Finalist is introduced, the crowd will be asked to
vote by making noise for their favorite Finalist.   Positive crowd
reaction shall be taken into consideration when selected the 1st, 2nd
and 3rd place winners, but will not be the determinative factor.  The
selection of the 1st place winner, 2nd place winner and 3rd place winner
shall be in the sole discretion of the Station judges, based on any
lawful criteria they deem desirable, and is not subject to dispute or
appeal.

4.      At approximately 9PM, Phantom Gourmet judges (who may be the
same or different than the initial judges) will select 1st place winner,
one 2nd place winner and one 3rd place winner, subject to verification
of eligibility and compliance with these rules.  The selection of the
1st place winner, 2nd place winner and 3rd place winner shall be in the
sole discretion of the Station judges, based on any lawful criteria they
deem desirable, and is not subject to dispute or appeal.

5.      Contestants may not violate any federal, state or local laws and
must not harm or endanger you or other persons or property. Any
contestant who Phantom Gourmet determines may have created a public
hazard, caused interference with or destruction of property and/or
utilized public safety resources will be disqualified. No nudity,
undergarments that expose breasts or "private parts", nor indecent
exposure will be permitted.  This will be grounds for immediate
disqualification.  Any Contestant whose costume is considered degrading
to cultural groups and religious groups will be disqualified. All
costumes must not impair another guest's view or enjoyment of the event
and clothing must fit within the boundary of an individuals ticketed
seat location. No storage of costumes will be permitted. All costumes
and props must comply with venue security regulations and bag/person
check procedures.   Additionally, toy guns or weapons, costumes with
wiring or electrical requirements, live creatures, incendiary devices of
any kind will not be permitted.  Faces must be visible and match legal
Identification for entry to alcohol sales areas and for purchase and
consumption of alcoholic beverages. The station and venue reserves the
right to refuse admission to or require leaving the venue by any person
whose costume does not comply with these guidelines or poses a danger to
other patrons.

6.      By entering this contest, Entrants understand and agree that
Phantom Gourmet may take photograph and/or video and post such
photographs and/or video on its website for no additional compensation.
Further, by entering this contest, entrants understand that Phantom
Gourmet judges or other staff may choose to comment on, mock, poke fun
at, and/or mimic any Costume or entrant.  Entrants waive any right to
make any claim against Phantom Gourmet or any contest sponsors with
respect to any comments - disparaging or otherwise - made regarding such
Entrant's and/or his/her costume.
Prize(s)

7.      Three (3) prizes will be awarded in this Contest.
        a) 1st Place Prize is $1,000 and will be paid by company check
to the verified 1st place winner in this contest.
        b) 2nd  Place Prize is $500 and will be paid by company check to
the verified 2nd place winner in this contest.
        c) 3rd Place Prize is $250 and will be paid by company check to
the verified 3rd place winner in this contest. Prizes will be in the
form of a company check and will be made payable to winner only.
Phantom Gourmet will mail the checks within seven days of the contest.
Winner must complete necessary tax form.
